CX Trends 2024

Each year, Zendesk releases an in-depth report on the latest customer experience (CX) trends. For 2024, our challenge was to distill this extensive research into engaging, bite-sized content for social media.

We leaned into a bold, humor-driven approach, transforming dense insights into snappy, dynamic videos. Through playful motion design, and strategic pacing, we made complex data feel accessible, relevant, and entertaining—ensuring that even the busiest audience could digest key takeaways in seconds.
