The Zendesk Service Solution

We were tasked with remaking the flagship Zendesk product video. The original video (Zendesk Support) hadn't been updated in six years. The design challenge: find a way to make a fully animated video feel human all while working closely with the product marketing team to make sure we captured the most important and up to date product features.
